Original Mid Century Modern designed by a local Architect for his large blended family with six tiny bedrooms, two playrooms and a two bathrooms down stairs completed with a Main Suite upstairs. We transformed the home to a more functional dual Main Suite plus two bedrooms & added powder. In addition we converted the original compartmentalized kitchen and dining into an open concept entertainment haven all while maintaining the original Mid Century Modern Charm. Iconic Mid-century Modern Residence approximately 4000sf wrapping around a century old Brazilian Pepper Tree. We reimagined the entire original floor plan alongside Prairie Interiors, beautifully executed by Burkhart Brothers Construction. Main En-suite Bedroom and Office wing addition added in 2012 by Others also reimagined by Prairie Interiors.

Featured in Dwell magazine, Rue Magazine, Blue Door Magazine, AN Interior Magazine and on the 2023 Newport Harbor Home Tour.
