SANTIAGO I

Original Mid Century Modern designed by a local Architect for his large blended family with six tiny bedrooms, two playrooms and a two bathrooms down stairs completed with a Main Suite upstairs. We transformed the home to a more functional dual Main Suite plus two bedrooms & added powder. In addition we converted the original compartmentalized kitchen and dining into an open concept entertainment haven all while maintaining the original Mid Century Modern Charm.
